As I was helping to integrate Survivor Journeys’ new online resource hub, “Jay Burton’s Place”, I was tasked with designing a secondary logo that would match the brand's look as well as the technical requirements of its intended uses. The name was to honor Jay Burton, who founded the nonprofit, which helps support cancer survivors and their loved ones. This hub of resources provides a searchable database of medical research and helpful information. I used the "swoosh" from the main logo to create a "place" for the title to sit, to further embody the words and the purpose.
